We love Fort Wayne! Weekly, our Community Care team assists families with projects like building wheelchair ramps. With strategic partnerships in the city, our Love Our Schools initiative and annual Serve Day, we are able to make an impact in our local community.

Our Food Pantry is open Tuesdays from 2-4 PM

We are able to send and support missionaries all over the world and fund projects to feed children, build new churches and schools, repair buildings in small villages, rescue women and children from abusive situations, provide supplies for education and even more!

DONATE TO OUR FOOD PANTRY

Current Needs: Peanut Butter & Jelly, Jiffy/Muffin Mix, Evaporated/Condensed Milk, Canned Soup, Canned Meat (Tuna, Beef, Chicken), Spaghetti/Pasta, Ramen Noodles, Rice, Dessert/Cake Mix, Hamburger Helper, Mac N Cheese, Cereal, Granola Bars, Canned Vegetables, Pinto/Baked Beans, Chili, Gluten-Free Oats & Items, Toilet Paper, Socks.

Please leave donations at the Community Care bins located at Doors 16, 1, or 4.

SPONSOR A MEAL FOR JUST NEIGHBORS

We have committed to providing a week’s worth of dinners for families living at Just Neighbors Interfaith Homeless Network. We do this 3-4 times throughout the year. This is the only homeless shelter in Fort Wayne where families can stay together. Anyone can help with as little or as much as they’re able, it all makes a difference! Each meal needs the following: main dish, side dishes, dessert, and beverages.

When you give to the Kingdom Builders fund at First Assembly, you are supporting organizations, initiatives and boots-on-the-ground global workers that are making a difference in our community here in Fort Wayne and around the world.

Some of the local organizations we support are: Community Care, Chi Alpha, A Hope Center, Allen County Jail Ministry, Adult & Teen Challenge, and International House.
